How it all began
Cryotherapy training and techniques were developed by Cryosthetics and introduced into beauty in 2014 — before anyone else was doing it.
Cryosthetics was founded with a single mission: to bring the power of cryotherapy to the UK beauty and aesthetics industry. When we started in 2014, very few practitioners had heard of using cold gas to remove skin imperfections. The NHS had begun to withdraw these treatments from its services, and patients had nowhere to turn.
We saw the opportunity — and built it. We developed the training curriculum, established the CPD certification pathway, sourced the devices, and spent years perfecting the protocols that our practitioners follow today. From a single training course, we have grown to become the UK’s most trusted cryotherapy training and device supplier, with over 1,800 certified clinics in our salon locator network.
