It kills me to see that this amazing company has got 2 bad reviews! I am definitely one to study hard in everything I do. I cannot fault this company and team. Andrew taught me and the class. The word thorough is an understatement. The education and practise that came with the session was 10/10, but I must say, the ongoing support and customer service deserves a medal. I reach out for some general advice on things, things that are probably way down the priority line of things they have to do as a company on a daily basis and Andrew is straight back to me and puts his students and their work first ensuring a safe, clinical and professional practise to the patient receiving treatment. I really do appreciate this team beyond words and I will he back to study more subjects of theirs in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (Andrew you are a legend)

I have been a customer of Cryosthetics for nearly 10 years and have just completed the cryotherapy training with Andy. Andy is such a brilliant trainer, so knowledgeable about everything he teaches and is just so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. He explains everything so clearly and makes you feel comfortable enough to ask for further clarification if you need it. The aftercare support is second to none, not like some other companies that don’t want to know after you’ve trained. I would highly recommend this company to others in the industry. I did the course 3 weeks ago. The course was amazing. Andrew is one of the Best trainers I have ever trained with. The course was so detailed and intense and he answered everything us lady’s on the course threw at him. (he knows his stuff!!) I am in absolute awe of how knowledgable he is. What I have found brilliant ,is the after care of the training course……. The care does not stop after the course. On the course I asked lots of questions and took pictures in of my clients,which andrew then recommend how to treat these clients. once I came home and the information of the course started sinking in I would then think of new questions. I have emailed Andrew lots, he has got back to me on everything, anything I have doubted or needed his reassurance for he has given me in bucket loads!!!!! He has replied so quickly too,he is an absolute gem 💎 This is very much appreciated and puts your mind to rest. This has given me the confidence to be able to treat clients straight away and start seeing great results in a matter of weeks …. and making money !!! To date I have completed two training courses with Cryosthetics. I am an Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber, and I was impressed by the depth of knowledge Andy provided during the medical cryotherapy course. Andy is passionate about all things skin and has inspired me to look into undertaking further dermatology training in the future. The support following the course is also excellent. Yelena and Jack in the office are very professional and provide prompt replies and go above and beyond to be helpful. The clinical support from Andy is amazing too, he replies in a timely manner and nothing is a silly question to ask (I ask lots of questions!). Anita who is one of the algae peel trainers is also a great support when I've had queries. I cannot fault the Cryosthetics team. One of the best training companies I have been to. Thank you!
